So I think I'm on the boarderline of hitting another plateau.. hopefully not but i get the feeling i won't have lsot this week, I've been drinking more as i think i have water retention (i hardly drink any water) and i've also started a toning tables class.. its pretty good and i've noticed my arms are getting stronger and i've only been there 3 times 
Anyone else feel like no matter what they do they're destined to be a certain weight/build?

I think the biggest key is what you said about not drinking enough water. On weeks that I wasn't as good on water consumption the lbs didn't come off. So, that is my absolute go to for weight loss. I also drink a ton of unsweetened green tea. I just drop a tea bag in my water bottle. Good luck!0

Hmmm I feel unstoppable :laugh:
On "good days" I usually drink alot of water and finish dinner by 6.30pm and usually snack on vegies or fruit before bedtime. I find waking up and having a bigger breaky a good way to boost my weightloss!
But other then that, nothing can hold me down!0
