Delicious Low Calorie Balsamic Salad Dressing

I tried the no-oil balsamic salad dressing at Whole Foods the other day and LOVED it. It's my new favorite thing. Luckily, they actually post the recipe for it on their website. I had no clue that there were dates in the dressing; you can't taste them at all. I recommend that you use a nicer brand of balsamic vinegar for this recipe. Here's a link to the best options from Cook's Illustrated. http://www.cooksillustrated.com/tastetests/results.asp?docid=10133 I personally buy the Star brand, which can be found at WalMart and is cheap.
