Water Weight Shed Tips?

I've been at a solid week of water retention. I'm eating at or under my calories but gaining 2 pound overnight so obviously water is retaining. I'm drinking 100 oz of water a day and try and stay under my sodium every day. Any other advice to shed water weight?

i'd love to know too. I found when i started 30ds i also retained water and once i stopped it 1 week later i dropped 4 lbs just like that. I was told by many that it was my muscles holding water retention....0
