I'm in the same boat. I have been crazy crazy busy and I can't seem to get to the gym or eat really well RELIABLY. We'll get there. I'm working on the one day at a time philosophy. Take each choice as it comes. If you find you have half an hour free, take a walk or do some crunches. I hear it adds up. This weight loss thing is SO hard. You're amazing to be making changes for your health--that's what I try to tell myself. Someone said "Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels" and I believe that--well...I'm sure I will when I get there0
