Hi, there. I'm 57 years old, have a full-time job and am a part-time student (trying to start a new career for my retirement years), and am trying to lose 20 lbs. I'm ALMOST 4'11" and would like to get down under 120. I started this at 138.8. I have done WW before, and was successful, but that 2-3 lb. weight gain every year has put me back to this point. Would love to know of other busy, "mature" people who need to lose some weight.....what do you do for exercise?

Hi...welcome to the site. I have about 10-15 lbs to lose. Now that is winter I usually use an exercise bike for 15 minutes then walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes.
  • I don't have a lot of time to exercise (traveling to the gym), so I've set up a little area in my garage with a balance ball, a step, yoga mat, some bands, my television/dvd player and my Wii. I either do a little circuit for a half hour or a DVD, or a Wii game...just to get moving. Do you have an exercise bike and treadmill at home? That would be great!
