My Stepmom got me turned onto this and it's simply amazing so I figured I would share. It might sound gross but it's actually realllllllllllly good and sort of tastes like a butterfinger milkshake. (Sort of)
I use
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup raw baby spinach
1/2 frozen, sliced banana
2 TBSP zero calorie peanut spread
Throw in some ice cubes and blend it.
That way is 103 calories and is really filling. I add regular peanut butter when I need extra protein but I get a lot through other things throughout the day.
The other way is
1 cup milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup baby spinach
2 TBSP peanut butter
Add ice and blend it.
This way has more protein but more fat and calories. It also tastes amazing. You can use protein powder and water instead of milk too, if you want.
