Skinny Crowdie (soft cheese)

I have recently discovered Skinny Crowdie - it is a Scottish soft cheese and is lovely - 140gms per pot, I use quarter of a pot for a sandwich and that quantity contains just 43 cals, 1 carb, 2 fat, 6 Protein and 0 saturated fat! it is very tasty and worth a try x
