just ordered 30ds but i cant do a single push up. can i do knee pushups or is this not going to work? anyone else managed it?

    i still do knee push ups. it's fine do what you can and you will still see results!

    She has two ppl with her on the dvd & one does modified moves for beginners. I did it for the first time last night & I had to do knee push-ups too. It's totally fine - just give it a try!
