how can i maintain my weight

I have lost all his weight I want to but now I am off the diet I am still eating what I did on the diet so I/worried I still will. I can't go back to what I was eating before or I will put it all back on. What can I add to my diet to prevent weight loss or gain. Nuts and seeds? Fruit? I am vegetarian

    increase calories by 10-20%

    there IS a maintaince option on MFP. It will tell you how many calories to eat. Remember, MFP is NOT a diet...you don't have to cut out anything. It is simply a way to track calories.

    Go to your settings and change your goals. Maintain the numbers MFP suggests and eat all exercise calories back. If you are uncomfortable with these numbers .. there are plenty of websites that will help determine your intake requirements.
