Feel free to add me!! I'm pretty much a naughty nut and post a lot. I try to be really supportive and have an open diary for you to laugh at. I do this often to reach different goals to lose fat or gain muscle. I don't keep track over the weekends because "I like to party". Look forward to meeting new people, message me anytime!

Hi , I dont know how i stumbled across you but i did LOL I noticed you were doing body by vi shakes ... Do you still do them? The reason i was asking is because i have been doing them for a little bit now .... Well trying ! ... I use to have 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch and then i would eat supper ... That didnt last long so now i have one for breakfast. when i was doing 2 a day i wasnt that impressed with the weight loss ... I guess im just wondering how you made out with it ??
