what catergory would it go under? right now i have it logged under aerobics - high impact, but that just doesn't seem right. there is nothing in the database for tabata or interval training. i wouldn't consider it circuit training. the video i did was about 18 minutes. any suggestions where i should put it? i did a brief search on the internet for the calories burned but couldn't really find anything.

I would add it in under cardio. You might have to create your own.

i tried looking for it under cardio. i don't mind adding my own, but i have no idea the number of calories it burns. i don't have a HRM monitor either.
