I have lost 30 lbs, but got injured and couldn't workout for a year and gained it all back. I am determined to get this weight off !! I am just getting discouraged so easily because what I could do very easily 30 lbs lighted, I can't do now. If I pop in an aerobics video I use to do, I may get through maybe 10 minutes of now. Should I be pushing myself more, or ease into it. Maybe plan on doing 10 minutes and as I build up my strength again go a lil longer ???? Just looking for some suggestions. I am getting my meal plan together and going to the grocery this weekend and want to really hit the ground running come Monday. All input is very much appreciated
