I was wondering if anybody had any healthy ideas on how i can work a few drinks into my calorie intake without "undoing" my whole week! I was thinking of just skipping a meal...but not sure if that is the "healthy" way to do it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Try to get exercise in to make room for more calories. It should earn you a couple extra hundred to play with!0

Using Diet mixers(diet soda, crystal light) will help shave cals off. I want to say a shot 1oz of reg vodka or Bacardi is 65 Cals. So if you just maybe skipped a snack or two (if you eat them)..... I am assuming that you are not planning on going abender just a couple of drinks so if you went that route you wouldn't need to put a whole lot of cals to the side.0

Vodka or rum w/ diet coke :drinker:0

I stick to vodka tonic usually, it's not too high, but I also make sure I work out earlier to make room for it.0

^^This!!^^
Skipping a meal is certainly not the way to save calories for drinks! Maybe eat something lower calorie than usual OR my personal fav- workout! Earn your drinks...it makes them taste better :drinker: and last but not least, stick to lower calorie drinks...i love a vodka & soda with a splash (make sure you specify SPLASH) of cranberry and slice of lime. but clear liquor and diet mixers is usualy your best bet. and of course...HYDRATE!0 -
Exercise!!! A Friday without exercise for me just doesn't feel right any more!!! Here are some alcohol cals for you to note....
Dry white wine or red
250ml = 170 cals (based on 12% alcohol)
Vodka or Bacardi and diet coke (based on 25ml shot) = 55-60 cals
Vodka or gin and slimline tonic (based on 25ml shot) = 60-70
Baileys (50ml) = 164
Not sure about lager and cider as I don't drink them....
Enjoy! :drinker:0 -
I walked for an hour today so I could have some drinks with my meal tonight! Whiskey and diet 7 is my fave 65 cals..or if you want a beer that even tastes like a beer Michelob Ultra...95 calories. There is Miller 64 but tastes like water...0
