It might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I use a Zephyr bluetooth HRM and track it with endomondo on my phone - works well for me.0

I just got the Polar 4 and I love it, the chest strap isn't nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be, reasonable price too0

I've got a Polar FT7 and I'm very happy with it. Keeps a log of your workouts and tells you if you are in the fatburn or aerobic zone. Hope this helps.0

I have a Zephyr and really like it. Love that it recharges and doesn't need batteries. I connect to Sports Tracker Pro on my Android phone for tracking.0

My husband and I have the polar FT7. We LOVE them! I can also use the polar web site to track my stats. I don't, but I can if I wanted to. We both agree that we don't really notice the chest strap. I know you can buy them at Best Buy, Amazon.com, and heartratemonitorsusa.com.0

I've got the polar FT60 and its fantastic! I got it of ebay for £99.99. It has a replaceable battery you can do yourself. Important as is costs a fortune to get this done! X0

Polar FT7 all the way. The chest strap just feels like a snug sports bra and is not annoying at all. I love being able to see my heart rate at all times (so I know when to bump it up a notch), and I find the calorie burn information to be very motivational.0

I've been wanting to get a good one, too! I was looking at the Polar FT40 and FT60, and they look AWESOME! However, I think they have waaaay more features than I will ever use at my current stage of physical fitness. Perhaps I'll invest in something like that once I am able to do more running and other athletic events. Right now, though, I'd prefer something a little more simplistic. I'm thinking the Polar FT4F is more my cup of tea.

I love my FT40. Works great and never lets me down!0

I have a polar ft7, and love it! However I got it at the same price as the ft4 was because it was mis priced. I would of gotten the ft4 had that not been the case. Also I beleive they are pretty much the very same with the exception of the ft7 being able to connect via a wire to the internet to relay info. The connective wire for that is not included, and the info can be added manualy in any case.0

bump to read later0

I have a timex, believe it or not, and it's great. But the best HRM is the one you use.0
