I'm going on a month now of being on MFP. I love this site and the help I get from it.
I recently started JM 30 day shred. I'm on day 3 today. I'm also do cardio. Before I worked out for 14 days straight then took two days off and started JM. Before I was doing a hour a day with cardio and some strength. I've lost 7lbs but keep losing a lb and gaining back and such. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong...
Any tips?
