Greetings! (1200-2000 Daily Target)

Greetings. Although I've been on here for about a year, I am trying to refocus my efforts. At about 402 pounds (at last doc visit), I need a bit of oversight and support. That's down from a peak of 414. My upper range for the past 10 years was about 350, but in the last 3 have gone wild, ending with an embolism last year. So looking to refocus.

Anyone in my weight category, age range, or calorie target, feel free to add me as I especially like to see what others are eating when trying to hold a meal to around 300 to 500 calories.

Thus far my diary is very erratic, with Chinese food, soda, breakfast or lunch fast foods (at work) lending the fatty hand of supportive unsupportiveness.
