Hitting the wall

Well, the plateau happened earlier than I expected. I dropped 12 pounds in the first three weeks. Then one over the next three weeks. I am sticking to the calories, but haven't changed food types. I check my nutrients at the end of the day and I'm high on protein, but also high on sugar. Ok on sodium.
I did start running last week trying to kick up the metabolism and get things going again. I'd like to drop 2-3 pounds a week, so having two weeks of nothing is frustrating.
Any tips? Supplement recommendations? Things to avoid?
I know I need to kick up the exercise portion, and I'm working on it.
How did you get over your hump?

If I read that right, you lost 13 pounds in six weeks, right? If so, that is slightly over two pounds a week! I know it's discouraging to see it under 2 lbs on a given week, but keep in mind the bigger picture. You must be doing something right! Just hang in there; it will keep happening0
