I'm looking for some new motivation pals on here. I have no problem exercising 5 to 6 days of week, but I need some motivation to stay on a diet. I've gained little over 7 pounds last month. I would like to be in decent shape for the summer, which isn't ever going to happen if I don't keep track of what I eat. I'm debating whether I should start Insanity or start my Tae Bo workouts again.
