i started my diet over 2 weeks ago, though i didnt have any scales then, so went the first 3 or 4 days without knowing my weight. started using myfitnesspal about 8/9 days ago and love it
bit of background on me, i play a lot of sports and am going to be in a kickboxing fight at the end of April, so have set a target of losing 1 stone by then, and in my first weigh in I had lost 5 and a quarter lbs so hoping to burst that target!! im trying to keep a high protein diet, so am using protein shakes as im quite pants at getting protein otherwise!! so hello to everyone and let's lose this weight!!
