Pre-workout Snack for Morning Cardio

I used to get away with water but I started to need some pre-fuel as the workouts got more challenging. I've been going for a tbs of peanut butter because I like to start working out within a half hour of waking up.

But I'm wondering what works best for you.

    I find a banana works best for me.
