Enough Exercise???

I really wanted to get someone else's opinion on my exercise schedule and if it's enough. I diet (obviously or I wouldn't be on myfitnesspal ), and I exercise as much as I can with working 2 jobs. If anyone has any background in fitness, I would really appreciate some feedback
Sunday- Strength Training DVD in AM (usually buns and thighs or Abs), 10-20 minute run in PM
Monday- 10-20 minute run in AM, Strength Training DVD in PM
Tuesday- 10-20 minute run in AM
Wednesday- 30-50 minute run in AM
Thursday- 10-20 minute run in AM, Strength Training DVD in PM
Friday- 10-20 minute run in AM, 30-50 minute run in PM
Saturday- 10-20 minute run in AM
