True or Myth? I've heard they are a good healthy snack food but it has such high fat content.

Get the dry roasted ones, still in the shells. Slows you down, so you can't have as many and no added calories. But, yeah! They are a healthy snack! They have healthy fats in them.0

I love them. A good serving size is 1/4 cup and it takes awhile to eat them!0

I LOVE them! I buy the big bags and when I get them home measure the whole bag out into containers or small bags based on one serving. I buy them in the shell since it takes more time to eat and therefore I eat less of them.
I usually bring a container of them with me to work and snack on them throughout the day while I'm in my office checking emails, doing paperwork, watching cameras, etc.0 -
