30ds question

Hi all, I have 30ds & am planning on starting tomorrow. Just wanted to know, are u supposed to do it every day or is each stage 10 workouts, but could be done every other day for example?? Thanks

I don't think it says anywhere on the DVD, but I take one rest day a week. My first week I didn't and by day 7 my body was begging for a break - even kind of felt sick & nauseated. I also read someone else's post about this (on MFP) and they said Jillian herself advised to take one day of rest a week. I am on Day 19, and I love it. Good luck!0

I did it everyday, except 3 or 4 days. But for the first two weeks I was pitiful and in a LOT of pain, Im gonna restart in it two weeks and Im gonna do every other day so I dont hurt myself agian0
