I am new on MFP, just joined at the end of January. I had lost 5 lbs on my own since the middle January, but keep fluxuating up and down around the same weight for the past week! So frustrating! I am 43. I need to lose another 20 lbs to be at a healthy weight for my body type. Also, my daughter is a runner and signed us both up for the 5k Family Fun Run at Disneyland over Labor day weekend, so I am also trying to get fit for that. My job has a fitness center (with machines, weights, DVDs, etc.) and they are sponsoring a "Biggest Loser" challenge for 12 weeks. We are at week 3 and I have lost 5 lbs so far. We can use the fitness center for our breaks and before and after work, so I have been walking 20 minutes on the treadmill a day, then 30 minutes on my stationary bicycle at home at night. Looking for friends to help me stay motivated!!
