My name is Ashlei. I'm married and have 3 boys (one 4 year old and 2 year old set of twins). I have a lot of stress in my life and trying to change my eating habits. I know all the things I need to do, but I lack the motivation and time to do it. The only time I have to focus on myself is when I'm taking a shower or sleeping...I know that's SAD! I need someone and something to hold me accountable for my actions...so I came accross this, My Fitness Pal. I hope this works because, honestly, I dont have any other choice. I need friends...PLEASE!!! I need friends who will push me (but not too hard) to keep me going on the right path. I have almost 100 lbs to lose so this wont be quick or easy!

    Welcome! Feel free to add me as a friend. I am a busy mom too, so I understand the lack of time. I have about 37lbs to lose.

  • feel free to add me i know the feeling about time i have a 5 year old a wife that works 3rd shift as a nurse and its a struggle to find time to work out i also have 100 or more to lose

    welcome! this is a great site..ive lost 12 llbs in 6 weeks. i too struggle as its so hard to stay motivated. im a 37 yr old mother of 2 boys aged 3 and 7mths and work full time. together we can do it!!!!!
