80-10-10 RAW VEGAN

I found this online and wonder what the pros and cons of this would be. Other than eating a whole watermelon in the lunch room at work. Any people on here follow this? I think there are some good sides to it - i have eaten raw for 7-10 days at a time for a detox - but wonder what the long term health effects might be (calcium and protein).

After 2 months of MFP having unlimited calories and eating piles of fruit sounds like heaven.
