No weight or fat lost this week. Is my goal off?

Well this week is the first week I havn't lost. I havnt lost body fat either. I have been eating pretty much to my goal all week with the exception of today. The weeks previous I had been under my calories by about 200-300 calories so I m beginning tothink that my daily target calorie goal is too high? Does this sound like it could be a possibility? Need some more motivation for the next week fellow pals...

Don't be down about it. Happens to me, if you feel stuck, try reducing 500 calories and see how that goes...YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!0

Thanks, I am going to go 300 under my calorie allowance as I was eating around that much before and loosing.0
