    George Carlin was the best. He was a true philosopher and poet.

    Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Artie Lange, Norm MacDonald, Mitch Hedberg, Louis Black, Louis C.K., and Zack Galifinakis are all up there as well.

    John Heffron (season 2 winner of Last Comic Standing) --- I got to see him perform on my birthday last year at the Funny Bone. He was sick, but still very hilarious.

    Josh Blue would be a close 2nd.
