I started my cut on monday and have noticed i am suprisingly not that hungry. what i was eating on my bulk was alot of food for me and i sometimes had to force myself to eat to get enough calories in. i lowered my calories by 400 on monday to start my cut.( plus exercise calories) but i have noticed i am not that hungry. i eat roughly 1900 calories which is close to my goal but i workout 6 days a week so i am not eating back my exercise calories because i am just not hungry. i do not want to lose to fast and lose my new muscle. am i eating enough? also i have heard i need to cut out carbs and sodium on my cut. any thoughts or suggestions?

I've already mentioned about the foods and calorie intake to you, but IMO you do not need to cut out carbs or sodium at all.

I have 200g carbs now in my cut for 2000 calories and it's working just fine. Many people who compete cut carbs before the contest I think, because carbs can hold more water, but unless you're doing a contest any time soon I wouldn't worry. Low carbs just leaves me dizzy personally and feeling like I could pass out. I wouldn't have the willpower to do it, and would be on the biscuits in a flash!

As far as sodium goes, sodium as you probably know, creates water retention, so again, probably not good if you're competing. You still need some though (I think it's around 1000mg min.) as too little can have just as many bad side effects as too much. Especially if you exercise a lot and / or drink a lot of water, you'll probably need slightly more sodium. 1500-2000mg sounds a good number in my view if you don't want the bloat, but don't want too little either.
