I figured I would start a thread rather than go through and reply to all the post with a similar title.


For some people (not all) taking a break and eating at maintenance calories for a week or two can break through the wall. Dieting is very taxing on the body and sometimes will push back a bit and it needs a break (it can also be good for the mental health as well).
