Banana Nut Protein Bread

preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray an 8x8 pyrex dish.
mix in one bowl:
1 cup oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey
3/4 quick cooking oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
in another bowl:
3/4 cup spenda
4 egg whites
8 oz banana baby food
mix wet and drink together well
in another bowl:
3/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup walnuts
pour half of the batter in the baking dish, sprinkle half of the brown sugar/cinnamon/nut mixture over batter, add other half of batter and other half of sugar/cinn/nut blend on top. marble together with a knife. bake 20-30 mins
