Hey,

So I'm about a week or two into my diet and I seem to, at least according to my scales have lost about 9lbs already which I'm quite pleased with. However, I'm beginning to wonder wherever I'll be able to keep this up or will I hit a wall?

Currently, I don't do much in way of exercise. I've kind felt as I get "lighter" I may be able to feel better about exercising and running.

My aim is to get to about 168lbs. Currently at 206 pounds. Any advice? :)

Hi I'm 270lbs and wasn't very active in previous years. I have started walking about 6 months ago and was happy to make 1km then 2 etc. I now can walk 5km in a day although not all at the same time and at least 10km per week.

When I started I walked a course of 2.8km in 53 mins but the last time I did it in 38!

The other day I dropped my fastest 1km time down by 90 secs.

My advice would be to walk at least some distance every day, even if it's only to the corner and back. Time yourself and see if you can make it in a faster time/ walk further in order to get some progress.

If you Google 'walking for fitness' it will give you some great fitness programs that you will be able to tailor to yourself.

I also have my own treadmill for when it's raining and I would also suggest using Leslie Sansone's indoor walking programs:
