No lost pounds/inches, but feel different?

I have not lost a pound according to the scale and have not lost any inches, but I...feel skinner, my stomach looks a bit flatter and feels a bit flatter. And my work pants almost fit so there has been some change.

Just wondering if anybody else has had this happen. I'm not complaining. I'm glad to see/feel some change and hope my pants will fit soon. lol

If you've cut out soda or sodium, maybe you're less bloated? hope the scale moves for you soon!

I don't drink pop at all and I don't think there's been a change in the amount of sodium in my diet...

I think I've had this same issue, too.

I had to buy new work pants because mine got too big, but the scale really hasn't budged much, if I'm thinking correctly (had scale issues for the past month...).

I also feel better though. A lot more energy. I think my thighs look sooo much smaller than before.

So IDK. I'm trying not to worry about the number on the scale too much.

Ive only lost 9 lbs......and very slowly, but im exercising daily and people are beginning to notice and ask me if ive lost weight! I bought a smaller size jeans too. I tried on a dress that I couldnt zip before and tonight it fit. So im excited~even if the scale isnt playing fair.

Happens to me as well. After days of eating well, I feel as thin as a rake. Even though I haven't lost haha.

I am at a place in my fitness lifestyle where my ticker may show I have weight to lose, but I FEEL GREAT!!

Now that I'm training for my first marathon, I know there will be new different changes, but the scale has never been an accurate gauge of how I feel... And my boyfriend is happy with the process even though I go to bed by 9 most nights to be at the gym by 5 to sweat my clothes through, come home, change, then go run some more...

FEEL AWESOME ABOUT FEELING BETTER, THAT'S THE BEST PART OF THIS WHOLE THING!
