Hi,
I have gone up and down with my weight for several years but I am sticking to it this time! Adding more exercise into my routine. Cutting out sugar and most starchy carbs as much as possible. No more fast food. If I do not have an option on what I am going to eat than portion control!

It is so difficult to think about what you are going to eat when you have young children to keep up with. One thing that I have decided to do is I am going to make little snack boxes at the beginning of every week. Something fast with variety that I can just grab out of the fridge really quick when I don't have time to think about what I am going to eat. I find myself in that situation way too often.
Starch and sweets are the hardest for me.0
