Anyone from Virginia ??

Hey everybody! I was wondering if there was anybody on this site who lives in the Richmond/Henrico area that are looking to lose weight and find some friends for encouragement. I have absolutely no support coming from family or friends, and nobody really understands right now. I could really use some support right now, and would love to send support and encouragement to others as well.

    well I'm from Petersburg, Virginia...but currently located in Fort Washington, Md...but can certainly offer you encouragement where ever I'm at. I've been on and off weight loss journey's for most of my adult life. I've really like MFP..because it helps count the calories so easily. I'm also an online Weightwatcher....however I find the tracker here much more to my liking. The database is larger than the WW one , in my opinion. I'll send you a friend request
