strengthing exercises for lower back

Does anyone have any strengthening exercises for the lower back that don't involve weight?

Lay on your back and bend your knees and rock your hips back & forth.
On your back, pull one knee up to your chest and hold.
Leg raises.
On your stomach, push up with your arms and arch your back.
These were recommended to me by my chiropractor.0 -

Do these on the floor, not your bed.0 -
