What type of nutrition do you have in your list? why?
Mine are calorie, protein, fat, carb, fiber, sugar.
Fiber-for digestion, to keep it flowing.
Sugar - for to avoid insulin spike.
I seen some of you have mono saturated, sodium, could be many more but why?
As you know this list is only limited to 5 items...

Same as mine, same reasons and to help me follow South Beach..0 -
Mine are calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium and iron. I am anemic and iron supplements make me sick to my stomach so I want to try to get more through food. I track sodium because I tend to retain a lot of water and I need to take better care of my heart.0

The basics plus calcium and iron. I need to get more than RDA of calcium because a medication I take has a risk of bone loss. I am watching iron just out of interest because I know I never get enough.
Technically it doesn't matter since I can see all the nutrients on the mobile app.0 -

cal, fat protein, and carbs0 -
calories, carbs, protein, fiber, cholesterol, and sodium.
I track carbs instead of sugar, I tried doing both, but it was too difficult. protein because I work out pretty hard and I need it for my muscles to recuiperate. fiber for obvious reasons. Cholesterol because I care about my heart. And sodium because I tend to retain water... Like liog, I am also concerned about my heart.
Plus, cutting back on sodium helped me lose over 20 pounds of water weight in a month. My feet are skinny now! lol.0 -
Calories, edit: carbs too, fat, protein, sodium and sugar.0
