Has anyone tried Zantrex 3, or any other diet pill and seen

I just started it today, I'm hoping it will help me see results faster. It says on the bottle the average person lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks, without exercising. I have a hard time believing that and plan to keep working out. I will say that I haven't worked out in a little while, but I told myself I need to keep pushing, and the pill did give a lot of energy. I did a lot of running and elliptical exercise without getting winded!
