What are your healthy switches?

Looking for ideas to cut down on cravings. What have you switched out for what?

Example: Bisquick Pancakes/Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  • I started the belly fat cure fast track 10 days ago. The first week was rugged but found my cravinings pretty much gone, weight down 7lbs. I am thinking clearer and have so much more energy
  • I switched from normal tortillas to those low carb Mama Lupe ones. They only have 60 calories/7 carbs vs. 150 calories/25 carbs in the white flour ones. A rollup with some deli turkey and mustard makes a nice 100-calorie snack.

    I'm "splurging" a lot more on fruit now, instead of chips. (I like the fruit better anyway, when I'm not on a salt kick.) Also, I make sure to keep almonds around at work to snack on, instead of hitting the vending machine for chips or candy. Nuts do have calories, but they also have other nutrients such as fiber and protein, and I eat them slower which makes me feel more full.
