Upper body fat... please share success story and pics!

Hi all, I am new to MFP, but so far... loving the site! My weight has drastically changed (for the worse) in the last 5 years. I have become sedentary and started bad eating habits (namely late night eating, and giving into my sweet tooth). Back when I use to work out weighed about 50lbs less, my problem area was always my UPPER ARM. I carry so much weight in my arm and upper back.
I did all the suggested upper arm exercise and my arms were "less fat" but they have never been toned. Maybe its impossible? I am very weak in upper body strength so I do tire out easy.

SO I just started this Journey and I am really focused on cardio. (so far).

I welcome any success stories, Tips pics and suggestions regarding my fatty arm woes :(
