I love my slow cookers..and yes that was plural..I am the proud owner of 3 that I actively use..a couple vintage ones that are for show..and a couple that are out on loan

Slow cookers are my favorite recipes. I made this today http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/1284 turned out yummy just added more pepper and put on top of plain potato.0

Im still learning to use my crockpot...but I love it! Ive made some stews, and soups, that came out wonderful, and lately I;ve been slowcooking a pork roast to shred for pulled pork sandwiches about once a month. Same with taco seasoned shredded chicken...and it just doesn't get any easier! Love it!0

I've got a 3 crockpot buffet for my parties, and 2 more one large and one medium size.
I just made pulled pork bbq sandwiches for Superbowl party and they were a hit!!
Pork tenderloin
any kind of spice rub
2 bottles of beer
1 cup carrots rough chop
1 cup celery rough chop
1 cup onion rouch chop
bbq sauce homemade or bottled
Buns
let pork hang in refridgerator with spice rub overnight. Place vegies on bottom of crockpot place portk on top add beer cook on slow for 8 hurs or high 4-6 hours. Take portk out to cool 10 min. and shred with forks.
keep the broth to make a soup, or even freeze for later.0
