After going to the gym so many times in a week my playlist is getting a little old and stale. Always up for some new music selections. Got any? I'd love to hear them?

Thanks

  • I like to work out to rock. Songs like "say you'll haunt me" or something by Theory of a dead man or nickel back. When I run I listen to Pitbull. The upbeat tempo lets me keep time a little better.

Mac Miller, Santigold, Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj are all great if you like hip-hop and rap

If I'm in the mood for rock, I like Red Hot Chili Peppers (older stuff is more funky, newer stuff more melodic), State Radio, Queens of the Stone Age, Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave

i have pandora...and they have workout stations now, so I usually pick one of those
  • Oh gosh. My playlist is pretty embarrassing! I'm in love with 80's and 90's music. Here are a few songs that are on there now:

    C & C Music Factory - Everybody Dance Now
    Crystal Waters- 100% Pure Love
    Eminem- 'Til I Collapse
Quad City DJ's- Come On Ride The Train
    Technotronic- Pump Up The Jam
    Will-I-Am- Check It Out
    Will-I-Am- The Hardest Ever
Will-I-Am (Madagascar 2)- Big and Chunky
    Sean Paul- Like Glue
David Guetta, Nicki Minaj- Turn Me On

i like iHeartradio, and set it to mix it with both popular and unfamiliar music.
