Is it true that you burn more calories in the morning?
My HRM tells me that I burn a lot more calories when I have been exercising in the morning compared to when I exercise in the evening..

Bumping this to see if anyone can explain why this happens. I recently bought a polar HRM and Im sure its accurate, but it tells me I burn an average of 150 kcals more per 60 minute workout if I do it in the morning rather than after work in the evening. Wierd!0
