Try eating dry Chex Cereal as a snack. I have this at work and drink Sam's Choice Clear American flavored water and it is actually pretty filling. The other thing is Nabisco Premium Oyster Crackers, only 22 pieces though and drink water, very filling.

I go to Walmart and buy boxes of Pure Protein bars. They are very tasty, have about 20 grams of protein and low fat and sugar. They are $6.24 for 6 bars. So a little more then $1.00 a bar. They really help to fill me up.

Cruise the liquidator stores. I usually can get south beach bars at BigLots or Ollie's for cheapcheapcheap. Also, a week or two ago they had a buy 2 get one free deal on them so it worked out pricewise.
