Starvation mode? (less then 1200 Kcal)

My calorie goal for a day is 1210 net calories. When I exercise, I can gain about 200-400 extra spendable calories which brings my net calorie goal to 1400-1600 calories, which is easy to stay under. My problem is on my full rest days (typically 1, maybe 2, days a week). On these days, I don't do any exercise and I let my body recover. Now I don't have a problem with eating less then 1200 calories, but this website does and it likes to complain saying I'm putting myself in starvation mode. On my full rest days, I am having a problem eating over 1200 calories but under my goal, especially since my goal number keeps going down (last week it was 1220 calories).

My question is how critical is it to stay above this 1200 calorie mark and out of starvation mode? Will putting myself in this starvation mode once a week ruin my dieting plans? And is 1200 calories an accurate boundary for a 5'1 145lbs girl?
