So, I never had much of an acne problem during my teen years until I started dieting and exercising last July. Since then, I've been breaking out so much, Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Also, I was thinking of trying out Exposed Skin Care to help the issue. Anyone have any input?

Are you showering right after you work out or at least washing your face? All of the sweating might have something to do with it.
  • I always do and I do use a facewash. I don't want to go around stinking lol.

Where is it? Then you might be able to narrow down what causes it...

When you diet and exercise you change the hormone balance in your body. Yes, it's important to have a good hygene, but that won't prevent acne. If in time it doesn't settle or clear up, speak to a dermatologist. Adult acne (unlike teen acne) doesn't respond very well to general acne scrubs. Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals to promote (otherwise) healthy skin. That can help acne heal faster. I take Yaz (won't help you sorry) and use differin gel to help keep my acne at bay. Good luck!
  • It's on my face, but I'd love to get rid of it. I start living a healthier lifestyle and slim down, then my face breaks out. I guess I can't win it all :P

I'm glad you're showering lol. I think you should talk to a doctor. Retin-A Micro did amazing things for my skin!
