    Agreed!!! I love Shaun T <3<3<3 He's so adorable :P and a great pusher.
There are time where I'd like to reach into the TV and punch him. But he is a great motivator and he's kept me going.

opened up my diary, didn't realize it was private for those who were asking. i weighed in again today and still up 4lbs...working out for a month consistantly; no alcohol (with the exception of one night and 3 beers) in over 30 days, no eating out everything is home cooked. moving into 3rd week of insanity after tomorrow and eating for the most part all my calories back. i'm waiting for my hrm to arrive to get more accurate calorie numbers.

Do you do your own cooking or does someone else cook for you? Added oils/fats can completely destroy a calorie deficit when eating homemade food.

i don't use any oil or butter. i just generally just use my george foreman for grilling the meats to rid as much fat as possible and eat a lot of healthy/good for you fats throughout the day.
