I have been wearing a walking cast this past month or so. (Tendonitis in my left foot). I have been able to start working out again in tennis shoes...not running but I have been doing RIpped in 30 and modifying some of the cardio pieces that bother my foot. After the workout I go back into the cast. Well since this month of uneven walking due to my walking cast I have started some minor lower back issues. Just soreness and my doc said it's to be expected with the cast. Since this past week of doing Ripped in 30 I have noticed more back pain all over. Could my entire back be this sore due to the workout (I am new to Ripped in 30 and never did much with weights before) or do people think its cast related?
I guess my question is ultimately is should I start week 2 of Ripped in 30 today or let my back relax?

I'd let your body heal. Have you asked your doctor? A serious back injury could put you out of exercise for way longer. I do Ripped in 30, and it's no joke. I'd do just some very low impact stuff until you heal. Your body is a smart machine, and it sounds like it's trying to tell you something. Just my 2 cents, I'm obviously no doctor.
