Exercise Calories and Sugar

I tried a search but was not finding anything.
Ok I understand eating back exercise calories but when exercising does it also give you extra on sugars?
I am type 2 and have to watch my sugars closely since I am this close >< to being on insulin says the doctor.
(Before anyone jumps on me about sugars on my food diary, please don't as it don't help when one jumps all over someone. I know most days are over MFP limits but I am still in a learning bracket here on eating healthier.
Thank you for any insight on this.

It does give you extra on carbohydrates, including sugars, but remember, MFP has no idea that you have diabetes. Listen to the experts who are helping you to manage your condition.0

I dont rely on MFP for number crunching, I go by what Dr says. I was just wondering if when you exercise if you got extra sugars to use like you do the carbs and calories.0

I don't think MFP is that specific, I think they mostly focus on calories overall and not specific nutrients. I have heard that exercising can help stabilize your blood sugar some, but definitely talk to your doctor about things like that first.0

The only three categories I've seen MFP change when you exercise are carbs, protein and overall fat. The others don't seem to change.0

Are you using a phone app? It changes everything I track on my computer. The 300 exercise calories I logged today increased the daily goal of sugar from 29 to 35.0 -
:-( Only have a simple phone-someday will have those new fangled ones I hope.0
