Should I hurt after my workout? I don't always hurt after workout, I feel good afterwards...

Depends on what kind of pain you're talking about. If it's typical post workout soreness I wouldn't worry about it. If you feel something different and it could possibly be an injury I'd be careful and just listen to my body.0

It depends on the kind of "hurt." General muscle soreness is normal. Muscle soreness that lasts more than 3 or 4 days is generally not. Sharp pains, joint pain, etc., generally represent either an injury or the beginning of one.0

My bad... I was talking about general soreness. I just started back using the stepper and I have done it every other day this week on level 8 regular step action for 20 to 30 mins straight, I feel a sense of firmness but I don't really feel sore... I was just wondering.. Im at my platue mark again 172 and I want to beak it.0
